Coincidentally, Carden Primary School in Brighton are celebrating their 70th Anniversary during the week of our Gathering. The school was named after that famous Brightonian, Sir Herbert Carden. As part of their celebrations they would like as many 'Cardens' as possible to attend a celebratory School Assembly at 2-30 on Thursday 13 September. We would encourage as many of you as possible to attend as it is a big event for the school and a nice way to start our event.
Unfortunately Harvey's Brewery are unable to provide a brewer to conduct the tour, therefore we have cancelled that event. Instead, as a number of delegates are staying in or near Lewes that night, there is an opportunity to meet up informally to sample some local ales and wine.
